The bra

The leggings

- Breathable and moisture-wicking, so sweat moves off the skin rather than sitting on it
- Smooth waistband that stays put through squats and floor work

Sizing
These follow Asian sizing and run about one size smaller than US sizing. If you are between sizes, or you want the bra to feel supportive rather than compressive, size up. Allow 2-3 cm (about 1 inch) of variance on any stated measurement.
Care
Machine wash cold with like colours and hang dry. Skip bleach, fabric softener and the tumble dryer: heat is what kills the stretch recovery in a bra band.
