Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GearrUp. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

We cover this in full, at any price point. Contact us at info@gearrup.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any return shipping, if we ask for the item back. You will never pay to correct our mistake.

3. If you simply changed your mind

Items under $30 — contact us at info@gearrup.com within 30 days and we will refund you in full. In most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Items $30 and over — contact us at info@gearrup.com within 30 days to request a return. Once approved, we will send instructions on where to ship the item. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

4. Return condition

Where an item does need to come back to us, it must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are sent to: 5 McKinley Place, Ardsley, NY 10502, United States. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons, compression wear, sports bras and personal gear cannot be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards. This does not affect your right to a refund on a faulty item.

6. Refunds and processing

Once your return is approved, we will email you. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, contact us at info@gearrup.com.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a refund on the item you have and place a separate order for the replacement.

8. European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
