Start here: our sizing runs small
Most of our activewear is manufactured to Asian sizing, which runs roughly one size smaller than standard US sizing. If you normally wear a US medium, our large will usually be the better fit.
If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
The reliable way to get this right
Do not convert sizes. Measure a garment you already own and like the fit of, lay it flat, and compare those numbers to the measurements on the product page.
Every product description lists the measurements we have for that specific item. Where we have a full chart, it is printed on the product page itself — because a shorts chart and a leggings chart are not interchangeable.
How to measure yourself
- Bust — around the fullest part of your chest, tape level and snug but not tight.
- Waist — around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. This is where a legging or short waistband sits, not where jeans sit.
- Hip — around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.
- Inseam — from the crotch seam straight down to the ankle.
Measure over close-fitting clothing or bare skin, not over a jumper.
Example charts
These are the full charts we hold for specific products. Use them as a guide to how our sizing behaves, but always check the product page for the item you are buying.

Allow for measuring variance
All measurements are taken by hand and laid flat, so allow 2-3cm either way. On items with a built-in bra or heavy compression, allow up to 4cm.
