We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 are charged standard shipping rates, calculated at checkout based on your order.
Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Delivery Estimates
Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days to arrive. You will receive a notification with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, if items are missing or incorrect, or if your package is lost in transit, contact us at info@gearrup.com within 72 hours of delivery so we can resolve it for you.
